Summer Wedding

I’m way behind on my blogging but I wanted to be sure to post some gorgeous photos from weddings that we’ve done these last 9 months. Here is a wedding from June when we got to work with one of the sweetest bride’s ever! Thank you Michelle Huber Photography for the beautiful images.

Wow. Has it seriously been almost 6 months since I have blogged. I need to get it together. I have lots of wedding photos to post and I am sure lots of other thrilling things to share with you! Thanks for checking up on me for those of you who still follow this lovely little blog.

I have to thank Eliesa from Photogen Inc. for inspiring me to get back at it with my blog. Eliesa just recently revamped the Photogen Inc. website (it’s awesome!) and did a feature on Skinner Jones. Eliesa has been so encouraging and so supportive of me and my floral business — she is kind, so talented and just awesome. Check out her new website and check out the feature on Skinner Jones.

I’ll be back with more flower photos! TTFN!

New Addition

One week ago we welcomed our newest addition – Nash Walker. He is oh so sweet!

NYE Weddings

A little late but here are a few photos of bouquets from two weddings that I worked on this last weekend.

Bridesmaids.

We had the best Thanksgiving! Both of our families went out of their way to accommodate our two-year old’s food allergies and they both cooked all of the food dairy, egg and nut free (for more on bo’s allergies follow my allergy blog). It was so awesome to not have to worry about a reaction from Bo and to be able to just enjoy the time together with our families. We are SO THANKFUL!

Here are the centerpieces that I put together this year.

This weekend I am going to start putting together some Thanksgiving centerpieces and here are a few photos of bouquets and arrangements that are inspiring me! I am excited by these color combinations and the mix of textures. Can’t wait to post what I come up with.
